In this two hour workshop we will explore different yoga poses as a group and as partners with the guardian and daughter. As a group we will move through yoga postures together. As a parent/guardian and daughter team we will try partner poses to build trust and communication. We will also have a group discussion about the themes of our Beautiful Warrior classes: self-confidence, non-violence, truthfulness, gratitude, kindness, compassion and joy. Taught by The Beautiful Warriors founder and creator Juliet Guisasola her goal is to empower and encourage young women shine their light and find their voice. Be you. Be kind. Bea(u)tiful Warriors!

Taught by the Beautiful Warriors creator and founder yoga instructor (me) Juliet Guisasola, this class is specifically designed for teen and pre-teen girls ages 11-15. We wanted to invite your daughters to return this Saturday, and to invite a friend to join them!
Early registration is highly recommended! The cost is just $15 per person.

Introducing Corebootyworks! A total body workout focusing on the core and glutes created to tone, strengthen, firm, and stretch the muscles creating long lean lines. A mixture of props is used for an optimal workout! Join me Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays at 7:15am at Yogaworks Pasadena. 

I did a photo shoot with Lululemon and got some fun pictures. I also spread the yoga love with a great group of people at the Lululemon store in Studio City. Thank you for all of you that came out. I had so much fun.
